About the artist...
I arrived to muted enthusiasm late in 1946, under strict conditions from my four year old brother that if he didn't like me I could be sent back, something he still reminds me of 73 years later, as evidently he is yet to make up his mind.

Early childhood revealed that I had a talent in art and what was to be a lifelong passion for motor cars and old aircraft, the noisier the better.
Sadly, my endeavors in academic subjects were rather less encouraging.
I have always been an artist, from my days at Art School in Sutton in Surrey from age 15, right through my long career in Graphic Design
doing everything from publishing, package design, corporate identity, PR, Marketing, visualizing and much more beside.
Fast forward 70 years plus and here I am with a lovely long suffering wife, two grown up children and four grandchildren. If that were not enough, and it is, I also have a studio and the time to work on my Watercolours. In fact I am doing pretty much what I did all those years ago, but a bit better.
